Virtual Administrative Assistant Part-time in a Montessori Preschool
Position Overview:
The Virtual Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting enrollment processes, and assisting with various organizational needs — all from a remote setting. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and aligned with Montessori values of respect, patience, and clear communication.

Montesshare is a small, nurturing Montessori preschool dedicated to fostering independence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning in young children. Our passionate educators and close-knit community support each child’s individual growth and development following the Montessori philosophy.
We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide remote support to our school’s administrative operations.
Hours and Compensation:
- Approx. 1 - 10 hours per week (flexible schedule; occasional set hours for key tasks)
- Remote position with occasional virtual meetings
- Compensation: between $15 - $25 per hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail), Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new digital tools.
- Familiarity with Montessori philosophy is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor when communicating with families and staff.
- Language: fluent in spoken and written English (required)
- Possess current U.S. work authorization
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls; respond to parent inquiries or direct them appropriately.
- Maintain and update student records and enrollment documentation.
- Assist with scheduling.
- Coordinate billing and tuition payment processing with our billing system.
- Support marketing efforts including social media posts and website updates.
- Prepare and distribute school announcements, calendars, and event reminders.
- Other miscellaneous projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.

She is a homeschool Mom to her four beautiful children, former Location Pastor and founder of . She is well versed in creating a beautiful Montessori, educational space and equipping parents to parent joyfully.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
